Complete Platform Usage Guide

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, mobile platform, and all services provided by 811c (website: 811c.ws). These Terms take effect from the date stated at the top of this document and supersede all previous versions.

811c reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Your continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

All financial transactions at 811c are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR). The platform does not accept any other currency or any form of cryptocurrency.

Withdrawals may only be made to a verified bank account held in the same name as the account holder 811c. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited for security and anti-money laundering purposes.

811c reserves the right to request proof of transaction and supporting documents before processing any withdrawal exceeding RM5,000 or deemed unusual based on the account's transaction history.

All bonuses and promotions offered by 811c are subject to their respective specific terms and conditions. All applicable rollover requirements (wagering requirements) must be met before any winnings derived from bonuses can be withdrawn.

• Welcome Bonus: Subject to the minimum rollover specified on the promotions page at the time of registration.
• Reload Bonus: May only be claimed once per qualifying deposit within the specified promotional period.
• Cashback: Calculated based on net losses within the specified period and not subject to rollover unless otherwise stated.

811c reserves the right to void any bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of promotional abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or irregular betting patterns.

Sports Betting at 811c covers a wide range of sports including football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, Champions League), badminton, tennis, and more. All sports bets are subject to the following general rules:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended except in the event of a technical error verified by 811c.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, the payout rules will follow the relevant sport's policy as stated in the platform's rules section.
• Odds displayed are for reference only and may change until the bet is confirmed.
• 811c reserves the right to void any bets placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical error or data input mistake.
• Official results announced by the relevant sporting body are final for the purposes of bet settlement.

All casino games, slots, and poker available at 811c uses an RNG (Random Number Generator) that has been audited and certified by an independent auditing body. This ensures that every game outcome is truly random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

811c reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Inaccurate or incomplete registration information.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• Upon instruction from the relevant authorities.

If your account is closed at your own request or due to inactivity, any valid balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered bank account within 5–10 business days once all security checks have been completed.

If an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, 811c reserves the right to withhold the balance and winnings in the relevant account until the investigation is concluded.

811c shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or disruptions arising from:

• Internet service disruptions or connectivity issues that are beyond the platform's control.
• Failure of equipment or third-party software used by the user.
• Actions or omissions by third parties, including payment service providers.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, system outages, or cyberattacks.
• Losses arising from a user's failure to follow account security instructions.

Under no circumstances shall the maximum liability of 811c to users is limited to the total amount deposited by the user within the 30 days preceding the date the liability claim arises.

• Deposit Limit: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings.
